HIGHER FREQUENCY BY PRAYING / MEDITATION: HINDU

ISHVARA

In case people would like to find / open the inner channels in themselves (the doors) to ISHVARA  we hereby release one of the KEYS. 

Procedure

1. Sit in the easy pose

2. Take a deep breath, inhale via your nose

3. Hold the breath and chant inside yourself ‘ISHVARA’ for as long as you can

4. Release your breath via your mouth

5. Take a deep breath, inhale via your nose

6. Hold the breath and chant inside yourself ‘ISHVARA’ for as long as you can

7. Release your breath via your mouth

Repeat the procedure again and again. You can do this circa 30 minutes a day.

Note

You can do this during the day or night, what is suitable for you. By practicing this prayer / meditation, your frequency will become higher in time.

Frequency

As soon as your frequency becomes higher, you will notice/recognise the difference. The development is different for everyone. The experience will be different for everyone.The awakening and awareness of the new WISDOM inside/for you, coming from ISHVARA, will be different for everyone as well.  

This has to do with your incarnation / wisdom.
