KARMA is a Law of The DIVINE for this world/ Earth/ humanity.
KARMA is The Law of cause and effect and is always enforced in accordance with The DIVINE.
The Law of KARMA is NEUTRAL.
This means that the effect is the result of a cause and that the cause will result in an effect.
You have the KARMA for the World/ Earth and there is the Law of KARMA for the human beings (personal).
Everything we face in the world today, both globally and in our personal lives, is the effect of a cause. The origin of the cause may go back a long time ago; it can, for example, be several 1000 years.
The effect of today comes from a cause in the past.
In case you want to change your KARMA you must change your thoughts.
Every human being on Earth has the possibility to change their personal KARMA.
