RECOGNISE THE PATH TO YOUR HIGHER CONSCIOUSNESS

It is the job of the consciousness/Spirit to tame and harmonise the ego. Then the beginning can be made of recognising the path to the Higher consciousness. Hereby the explanation in a simple way. 

The consciousness/Spirit should tame its ego first.  

As soon as the consciousness/Spirit tamed its ego, the consciousness/Spirit can govern over its ego.

As soon as you have reached this state, you, your consciousness/Spirit, can govern over your emotions/feelings etc. 

As soon you can govern over your emotions/feelings etc., you will be more in your neutral energy of the Light.
