GENERAL INFORMATION EGO

The ego is one of the internal drives of the human being. The energy of the ego surrounds the consciousness/Spirit like a shadow. The ego has the function of a mirror: the consciousness/Spirit can reflect on itself through its ego. It is therefore the job of the consciousness/Spirit to tame and harmonise the ego, so that the consciousness/Spirit controls the ego and not the other way around.

Your ego is a shadow and mirror of yourself. It looks like you. 

Your ego strengthens your feelings and thoughts. Both positive and negative. 

The ego is very close to you, most people do not notice that it is there. 

You, your consciousness/Spirit, should bring your ego under control.

So that you will be the boss over yourself and not your ego.

You, your consciousness/Spirit, should govern your ego.
