Recognise the path to your Higher self.

If you have done the ceremony 5 steps to tame your ego for a while, you can see or feel that your ego has started to separate from your consciousness/Spirit. 

As soon as the consciousness/Spirit tamed its ego, the consciousness/Spirit can govern over its ego.

Thereafter you, yourself (consciousness/Spirit) can be neutral.

As soon as you can govern over yourself, you can on your command be neutral. 

If you, yourself (consciousness/Spirit) are neutral there is space and silence in yourself and around yourself. 

This is the begin/start of the path to your Higher self for this life in this physical body.
